Job summary

Jobleader in Multan is seeking a Junior Architectural Designer to join our design team. You will assist senior designers in developing architectural designs, prepare drawings, elevations, and 3D models, and support client communications throughout the project lifecycle.

You’ll conduct design research, collaborate with team members, and help ensure compliance with building codes and regulations while contributing to innovative, functional designs.

Junior Architectural Designer

As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for assisting senior designers and architects in developing and producing architectural designs for various projects. You will collaborate with the team to create innovative and functional designs that meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of architectural designs, including conceptual sketches, plans, elevations, and 3D models
• Conduct research on design ideas, materials, and construction techniques
• Collaborate with team members to develop design solutions that meet project requirements
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction purposes
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
• Attend site visits to gather information for design development
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on design progress

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Architecture or related field
• Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations is an asset but not required

Salary:

This position offers a salary of $1000 per month.

Location:

This position is located in Multan. Applicants must be willing to relocate if not currently residing in Multan.
