Job Description

• Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning and AI solutions
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to identify and implement AI-driven improvements.
• Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets for model development.
• Research and experiment with state-of-the-art algorithms in NLP, computer vision, or predictive modeling.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and latency.
• Develop APIs or microservices for model deployment using frameworks like TensorFlow Serving, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Monitor model performance and ensure continuous learning/improvement cycles.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI, ML, and deep learning technologies

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience in AI/ML, NLP, or AI based application development
• Understanding of LLM pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI framework integrations
• Familiarity with modern AI orchestration tools like LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, or equivalent frameworks for building agentic and modular AI systems
• Strong foundation in Python, data processing, and machine learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
• Ability to experiment, prototype, and ship practical AI solutions
• Good grasp of REST APIs, vector databases, or backend integrations
• Experience with Git, collaborative workflows, and version control
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an experimental, research-oriented mindset
