Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant – IR to support our Pakistan Operations and IR Department. The role involves assisting with daily accounting functions, reconciliations, and reporting tasks while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and standards. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
  • Support the reconciliation of accounts, ledgers, and statements.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial summaries.
  • Coordinate with the IR team to ensure proper tracking and reporting of transactions.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal reviews.
  • Support the preparation of management reports and financial analyses.
  • Assist in improving and maintaining financial processes and internal controls.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Senior Manager.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel) and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
