Overview

Translation Empire PK is looking for an Italian Interpreter and Translator in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. We are currently recruiting for Italian interpreters and Translators based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad to work within various settings such as health care, legal, educational, immigration & refugee services, etc. Established in 2001, Translation Empire PK provides professional interpreting and translation services to both the government, public and private sectors across organizations around the globe. If you speak fluent English and Italian language, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll do

• Interpret for people using legal, health and local government services
• Confer with non-English speakers by checking understanding after each sentence
• Provide conference, consecutive and public service interpreting
• Deal with highly confidential information and liaise between the service user and service provider

Requirements

• Fluent in English or another language
• BS/MS Degree in English Language, Literature, English Language Teaching (ELT) or TESOL
• Any other interpreting related qualification
• IELTS certificate with an overall band score of 6.0, including a minimum of 6.0 in each subtest (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
• Willing to sign and agree to a surety bond
• Willing to sign and agree to a Non-Disclosure Agreement
