Job description
  • Provide Project Management services to the IT Organization
  • Work with IT Managers to provide project management and support where needed
  • Prepares project documentation in the appropriate system which includes but is not limited to: Project Charter, WBS (work breakdown structures), resources, schedules, cost estimates risks and issues for potential and existing Projects
  • Supports and coordinates all aspects of projects to ensure that implementation plans are done safely, on-time and within budget
  • Identifies project needs and success criteria and raises concerns around project slippage, risks, and any resource issues needed for overall success
  • Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the project to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and that it meets or exceeds expectations. Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks. Adjust as necessary
  • Provides necessary documentation for all projects
  • Leads troubleshooting exercises for any task and project issues – identifies improvements needed and adds objectives to projects to remediate issues
  • Utilizes methods for tracking overall project progress including individual task progress and overall progress
  • Communicates project progress to all stakeholders
  • Ensure that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to all affected team members
  • Support the Change Management process
