Overview

Project Manager

With extensive experience in Managing large projects and technical teams. Has a proven record in project management, a good understanding of quality methodology, and the ability to work independently. Familiar with the business domain of global markets; experience with ERP, CRM and Portal Systems is helpful. Capable of working with both business stakeholders and development teams to ensure what is built matches customer expectations and is delivered within the expected time frame. Comfortable working with a diverse, multi-location team and providing clear reporting that highlights resource and scheduling issues as they begin to occur. Knowledgeable in CMMI and ISO processes. Excellent communication skills and proficient in Project Management practices. PMI certification would be a plus. The candidate should have a pleasant personality, a strong work ethic, and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead large projects and manage technical teams across locations.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Apply quality methodologies and standards (CMMI/ISO) to project processes.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to collect requirements and translate them into project plans.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and delivery.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve resource and scheduling issues; provide transparent reporting.
• Maintain familiarity with current technologies (eCommerce, ERP, CRM, portal systems) and how they can be leveraged.
• Support a diverse team across different locations and ensure effective communication.
• Possess strong English communication skills and professional project management conduct.
