Job summary

A technology services provider in Pakistan is seeking an Onboarding/Offboarding Analyst to assess client environments and ensure smooth transitions for IT services. You'll work with various tools such as RMM and backup agents while maintaining high-quality service and documentation. Ideal candidates are hands-on engineers who excel in communication and multitasking, with a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and networking basics.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and print management.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking, firewall, VLAN, and VPN configurations.
• Experience with server hardware (Dell, HP, Cisco, Fortinet).
• Familiarity with RMM tools (Kaseya, Datto) and PSA systems (ConnectWise).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client environments.

Responsibilities

• Use diagnostic and discovery tools to evaluate client environments and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with clients and third-party vendors for smooth onboarding and offboarding.
• Deploy and configure tools such as Kaseya/Datto RMM and Office 365.
• Maintain accurate documentation and automate processes.
• Manage and respond to assigned service tickets within timelines.
