Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Experience as IT Manager or similar role in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the companys IT systems.
• Manage installation, maintenance and upgrades of hardware and software.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Monitor network performance and adjust for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to minimize risk.
• Stay up-to-date with technology trends and propose improvements.
