Job description

Overview

This is a management level position reporting to the CTO. This is a results-oriented position responsible for the overall direction, design, vision and management of the IT operations. This position requires:

• Sound working knowledge of IT infrastructure
• Strong leadership skills and effective communication skills

The selected candidate will head the whole IT team including the IT Manager, and other IT staff.

Requirements & Skills

• Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Sciences.
• Experience and certifications in Microsoft Server administration and support.
• Demonstrated experience of designing, developing, implementing, coordinating, monitoring and follow through of complex information technology infrastructure focused on VOIP and Networks.
• Certifications related to Server Administration, IT infrastructure and VOIP (not limited to but including advanced CISCO certifications)
• Working knowledge of contact center networks and contact center related IT infrastructure
• Ability to work flexible timings especially at night
