BlueGeko is seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure / SysAdmin Manager to own and optimize our cloud environment. You will lead the DevOps team, monitor performance and security, and drive cost-saving initiatives while ensuring high availability.

The role requires strong Kubernetes and Terraform skills, extensive cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), and robust Linux/Windows server administration. This on-site position includes a modern office with lunches provided.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or Systems Administration.
• Strong Kubernetes and Terraform / Infrastructure as Code knowledge.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, DigitalOcean, or similar cloud platforms.
• Strong Linux/Windows server administration skills.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or similar.
• Knowledge of SQL databases, networking, security, and managed infrastructure.
• Ability to independently assess technical decisions and manage infrastructure operations.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Infrastructure / SysAdmin Manager to take full ownership of our cloud infrastructure, costs, architecture, security, and performance.

This role combines Cloud Architecture, DevOps oversight, and Systems Administration.

What You’ll Do

• Own and continuously review our cloud infrastructure and DevOps team.
• Monitor system performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
• Track cloud spending, identify unnecessary costs, and implement optimizations.
• Oversee server management, monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Troubleshoot critical infrastructure issues and ensure high availability.
• Plan and execute infrastructure improvements, migrations, and cost-saving initiatives.

This is an on-site role at our brand-new, modern office in a fantastic location, with lunches included.

We need someone who can take ownership of the entire infrastructure, challenge inefficient decisions, and make clear technical recommendations without compromising performance, security, or reliability.
