About the Role

Join a U.S.-based convenience store & gas station chain as an Inventory Auditor. You will verify, reconcile, and analyze inventory for stores and fuel operations remotely from our Karachi back office, ensuring accuracy, shrinkage control, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory audits and reconcile with PDI ERP and POS reports
• Identify discrepancies, shrinkage, and process gaps
• Prepare variance reports and follow up on corrective actions
• Support internal and external audit requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years in inventory auditing or retail operations (fuel/retail preferred)
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills
• Comfortable with night shift aligned to U.S. business hours
