Excel Crop Group in Multan seeks an Executive Level Internal Auditor to enhance internal controls, ensure compliance, and protect assets across finance, inventory, procurement, and operations.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is required; ACCA/CA/CMA or part-qualified candidates are preferred. Fresh to one year of audit experience, strong Excel skills, ERP exposure (Odoo a plus), and solid report writing are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• ACCA, CA, CMA or part-qualified candidates preferred.
• Fresh to one year of experience in internal or external audit or financial control functions.
• Good grasp of accounting standards, internal control frameworks, audit techniques and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Odoo or similar is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation and report-writing abilities.
• High level of detail orientation, integrity, independence, and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Perform regular internal audits covering finance, accounting, inventory, procurement, sales, and other operational areas.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, accounting policies, and company procedures.
• Validate the accuracy of financial entries, supporting documents, vouchers, and reconciliations.
• Conduct physical stock counts and inventory verification at warehouses and branch locations.
• Review procurement processes, vendor payments, sales transactions, and credit management activities.
• Identify discrepancies, control weaknesses, and risk areas, and suggest corrective measures.
• Ensure adherence to relevant laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Follow up on audit observations and track the implementation of remedial actions.
• Carry out special investigations as directed by the CEO while maintaining independence and confidentiality.
