Job summary

ForceShield in Khanpur is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to maintain, repair, and calibrate instruments essential to our production processes. You will ensure instruments function accurately and support smooth operations on site.

The role requires hands-on experience with testing, troubleshooting and calibration, reading schematics, and maintaining detailed logs. A high school diploma is required; technical certification is preferred.

Job description

We are in need of an experienced and skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in Khanpur As an Instrument Technician you will be responsible for the maintenance repair and calibration of various instruments used in our companys operations Your primary goal will be to ensure that all instruments are functioning properly and accurately in order to support the smooth operation of our production processes

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on various instruments including but not limited to pressure gauges temperature sensors flow meters and control valves
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with malfunctioning instruments
• Repair or replace faulty components as needed
• Calibrate instruments according to manufacturers specifications
• Install new instruments when necessary
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and calibration results
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety protocols at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of various types of instruments used in industrial settings
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
• Experience with troubleshooting techniques
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical degree or certification preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position
