Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience in startup incubation or innovation programs.
• Experience with digital content creation or platform management is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute incubation of cohorts and development initiatives.
• Coordinate with mentors, startups, and partners for program delivery.
• Manage the I-Thrive incubation portal and digital platforms.
• Ensure startups receive continuous training and engagement.
• Build and engage a community of innovators, mentors, and change makers.
• Develop research-based digital content showcasing I-Thrive’s impact.
• Outreach to ORICs, BICs, research centers, and technology hubs.
• Provide operational support to the Incubation Committee.
