Job summary

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, and progress monitoring for EPC projects.
• Develop and maintain project management systems, dashboards, and KPIs for performance tracking.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Analyze project risks, propose mitigation plans, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Prepare and present regular project progress reports to management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and HSE requirements.
• Support continuous improvement in project management methodologies and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management & Control roles within Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Strong command over project control software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
