A logistics firm in Islamabad is seeking a candidate to manage import and export documentation, coordinate with suppliers and customs agents, and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills in English, and a solid understanding of customs procedures. This position involves managing logistics timelines and facilitating communication with the owner in the USA.
Handle import and export documentation (invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, certificates of origin, etc.)
Coordinate with customs agents, freight forwarders, and shipping companies
Manage communication with overseas suppliers and buyers
Track shipments, manage logistics timelines, and ensure on-time delivery
Research and contact new potential suppliers and buyers in Pakistan and abroad
Prepare cost analysis, quotations, and reports for the owner (in USA)
Handle local office tasks such as payment follow-ups, supplier visits (if needed), and record keeping
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation accuracy
Communicate daily with the business owner through WhatsApp, Zoom, or email
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field
Strong understanding of Pakistan Customs procedures and international shipping
Good English communication (spoken and written)
Proficient with MS Office / Google Workspace
Self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervisi
