Job summary

FreshStart UAE in Lahore is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst to analyze complex computer systems and identify improvements. You will work with our IT team to design new systems or modify existing ones and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Responsibilities include conducting in-depth system analyses, identifying performance improvements, gathering requirements, implementing tests, and ensuring security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (required).
• Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks and system architecture.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++ or Python.
• Experience with database management and SQL queries is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing computer systems and processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with IT team to gather system requirements and propose design solutions.
• Design, implement and test new computer systems or modifications to existing ones.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure all systems meet security standards and comply with company policies.
• Train end users on new systems or changes to existing ones.
