HOF Global is seeking Immigration Sales Consultants for its Consultancy Division in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. Open to fresh graduates or professionals with 1–3 years in sales, you will drive client acquisition for immigration services and manage relationships through the full sales cycle.

You will engage warm leads, assess needs, present solutions, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration or Marketing.
• 1–3 years in sales, business development, telesales, or client-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident and professional communication style.
• Ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions.
• Strong follow-up and lead-management skills.
• Target-oriented with ability to meet sales objectives.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• CRM experience is an advantage.
• Experience in immigration consultancy is a plus but not mandatory.

This opportunity is open to fresh graduates and professionals with 1-3 years of relevant experience who are looking to build or further their careers in consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and engage with warm leads through calls and other communication channels.
• Understand prospective clients’ immigration requirements and assess their needs.
• Provide clear and professional information regarding relevant immigration services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Follow up with leads consistently and manage the pipeline effectively.
• Address client concerns and objections while maintaining a professional approach.
• Convert qualified leads into clients and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service in all client interactions.

Requirements
