Job summary

Rapid Innovations in Pakistan is seeking an IFRS Support professional at Assistant Manager/Senior Consultant level to implement new standards, advise on technical accounting matters and deliver IFRS training. You will work with advisory teams across IAS/IFRS topics and assist in complex accounting engagements.

The role requires strong IFRS grounding, hands-on memo preparation, and collaboration with finance teams and auditors to produce practical solutions.

Qualifications

CA / ACA / ACCA (mandatory).
Strong IFRS technical grounding.
Experience of preparing technical accounting memos and advisory deliverables.
Hands‑on experience in IFRS advisory, technical accounting, or complex accounting engagements.

Responsibilities

Accounting Standards Implementation.
Practical application of IFRS including IFRS 9, IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IFRS 10, IFRS 3, IFRS 13, IFRS 11, IFRS 5, IAS 36, IAS 16, IAS 38, IAS 28 etc.
Technical Accounting Support: preparation of IFRS memos and position papers.
Accounting policy development, updates, and documentation.
Support on complex accounting judgments, estimates, and interpretations.
Transaction Accounting Support: business combinations, acquisitions, disposals, restructurings.
IFRS Training & Knowledge Support: development and delivery of training.
Preparation of training materials, presentations, and practical case studies.
Ongoing IFRS knowledge support to engagement teams.
