Job summary

Finchor is seeking a SysOps Engineer in Karachi for a hybrid, hands-on role focused on infrastructure, APIs, trading platform integrations, and domain management.

The role involves maintaining AWS services (RDS/S3/Lambda/IAM), securing APIs, and ensuring frontend-backend connectivity. Strong English skills and independent work are essential.

Onsite with one day WFH, 10:00–06:00, collaboration with external providers and internal teams in a FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in SysOps, DevOps, infrastructure support, or technical operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the AWS environment, including RDS, S3, Lambda, and IAM policies/user access.
• Build, secure, and maintain backend APIs.
• Ensure reliable connectivity between backend APIs and the frontend application.
• Manage DNS configurations and security settings through Cloudflare.
• Support domain transitions and ongoing domain management.
• Manage custom page redirections on the WordPress website.
• Maintain the integration layer between the frontend and backend APIs.
• Act as the technical point of contact for third-party trading platforms, CRM providers, and payment processors.
• Configure and monitor data flow between external platforms and internal systems.
• Manage and optimise SMTP services through SendGrid for reliable system email delivery.
• Communicate clearly with the Director, internal team members, and external technical providers
