Job summary

Swapp is seeking a Video Editor & AI Content Specialist to join our Growth team in a hybrid role based in Islamabad, Pakistan. This full-time position focuses on creating engaging video content, leveraging generative AI tools, and shaping visual storytelling across formats.

You will edit raw footage, design motion graphics, manage media pipelines, and adapt edits for 9:16, 16:9, and square formats while staying on-brand and deadline-driven. Portfolio required.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional video editing and motion graphics experience.
Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve) and Adobe After Effects.
Hands-on with Generative AI tools in video pipelines for b-roll, VO, or VFX.
Strong ear for audio design and color grading.
Experience editing mixed-media formats: 4K b-roll, screen recordings, mobile footage.
Showreel/portfolio showcasing short-form content and storytelling.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with creative/marketing teams to turn rough concepts into polished videos.
Manage media library, licenses, templates, and render pipeline for fast workflows.
Spot and implement video trends, transitions, and audio cues.
Build template-driven variations to test hooks and pacing.
