Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamicHuman Resources Officerto oversee the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring our people processes run smoothly and align with company goals. As a key member of the team, you’ll manage HR policies, procedures, and programs, and play a vital role in key areas including employee relations, development, compensation, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Human Resources Officer, you will take ownership of several core HR functions, including but not limited to:

  • Talent Acquisition:Overseeing recruitment and staffing logistics to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
  • Organizational Planning:Contributing to space and team structure planning to align with business growth.
  • Performance Management:Implementing and managing systems to enhance employee performance and productivity.
  • Compliance & Reporting:Ensuring full compliance with employment laws and company regulations.
  • Employee Development & Training:Driving employee growth through targeted development programs and onboarding initiatives.
  • Policy Management:Leading the creation and management of HR policies, ensuring they support a positive work environment.
  • Compensation & Benefits:Administering compensation, benefits, and employee wellness programs to maintain employee satisfaction.
  • Employee Relations:Promoting positive employee engagement and handling issues with professionalism and fairness.

Key Objectives:

  • Ensure thesafetyand well-being of the workforce.
  • Develop and maintain ahigh-performingand satisfied workforce.
  • Foster a company culture that valuesquality, continuous improvement,andcollaboration.

Development of the HR Department:

  • Assist in aligning HR strategies with the overall company vision.
  • Participate in setting department goals and tracking progress.
  • Help monitor and manage the annual HR budget.

Human Resource Information Systems:

  • Manage the HR section on the company’s internal platforms.
  • Maintain employee databases and produce insightful reports for decision-making.

Training & Development:

  • Support the implementation of performance management and employee development programs.
  • Help design and execute company-wide training initiatives, ensuring continual skill development across teams.

Employee Relations & Compensation:

  • Foster positive employee relations, contributing to policies that drive engagement and satisfaction.
  • Assist with compensation reviews and competitive benchmarking to ensure fair and motivating pay structures.

Compliance & Legal:

  • Ensure the company’s HR practices comply with all legal regulations and minimize risk exposure.
