HRSI is hiring on behalf of a reputable pharmaceutical client based in Lahore. We are seeking a competent and self-driven Manager Human Resource to lead the HR across a wide range of functions including policy implementation, rewards, compensation & benefits and employee engagement.

Position Title: Manager Human Resource
Location: Gulberg IV, Lahore (On-site)
Industry: Pharmaceutical/Trading

Key Responsibilities
  • Independent HR Leadership: Manage HR functions independently with accountability for both strategy and execution.
  • Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, providing guidance on workforce and people‑related matters.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop, execute, and oversee HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and alignment with business objectives.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage end‑to‑end rewards, compensation, and benefits programs tailored to meet the needs of a large sales team.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and lead initiatives to enhance employee motivation, retention, and performance across multiple geographies.
  • Talent Management: Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and organizational HR standards.
  • Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or industrial sectors.
