Overview

Rentokil Initial, a global leader in environmental services, is seeking a friendly and energetic HR Executive to join our team. As our company provides services that protect people and enhance lives, our HR Executive will help us maintain our commitment to employee satisfaction and promote a positive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain employee onboarding and off‑boarding formalities, including issuance of HR related documents such as contracts, warning letters, show‑cause notices, and experience letters.
  • Update employee databases with new employee contact information and employment details.
  • Oversee employee probation completion and share the completion form with each department, following up on the process.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Coordinate with managers to address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
  • Maintain employee records and confidential information in compliance with data privacy laws.
  • Stay up to date with HR trends and legal regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the environmental services industry.
