Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Lahore is looking for an HR professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field and possess strong communication skills. Experience in HR practices and knowledge of Pakistan Labour Laws will be advantageous. This role promotes fostering a positive work culture and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Draft job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant platforms.
  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate with department heads for final interviews.
  • Manage onboarding: documentation, orientation, and training coordination.
  • Maintain employee files—contracts, attendance, leaves, personal data.
  • Prepare HR letters (offer letters, experience letters, warning notices).
  • Update HRIS or internal databases regularly.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries.
  • Manage grievances or conflicts with professionalism.
  • Support initiatives that promote a positive work culture.
  • Monitor attendance and leave records.
  • Process payroll inputs (leaves, deductions, overtime).
  • Assist in performance appraisal cycles.
  • Ensure company policies are followed and updated when needed.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
