CureMD Pakistan (Private) Limited is seeking a Level 2 SOC Analyst to safeguard healthcare information systems and cloud infrastructure. The role emphasizes compliance with healthcare regulations, incident management, and ongoing threat monitoring.

You will monitor alerts, analyze incidents, and support remediation with senior staff. A background in IT security, cloud concepts, and regulatory awareness is essential for success in this fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Cyber Security.
1–2 years of IT security experience.
Understanding of cloud-based IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Implement and monitor security alerts and events from SIEM/EDR/XDR tools.
Provide initial analysis and response to security incidents (phishing, malware, breaches).
Engage in endpoint security monitoring and review Windows logs and Sysmon.
Collect, analyze, and correlate security data for incident investigation and response.
Support senior analysts with containment, eradication and recovery efforts.
Document all activities and incident tracking for timely information.
Stay up-to-date on threats and training opportunities.
Review assets' logs to ensure security compliance.
