Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales – Pakistan who will lead the country’s sales and business development function. Beyond traditional sales leadership, the ideal candidate will bring experience in NBFC and Digital Banking Product Operations, and take ownership of product operations alongside driving strategic business growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Define and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with PalmPay’s business goals in Pakistan
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team covering B2C and B2B channels
NBFC & Digital Banking Product Operations
  • Oversee end-to-end product operations including go‑to‑market planning, KPI tracking, and rollout execution
  • Leverage experience in NBFC and digital banking products to align business development initiatives with product strategy
Business Development & Market Expansion
  • Drive agent acquisition and merchant partnerships to boost product adoption
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to accelerate customer acquisition and retention
Campaigns & Performance Management
  • Launch targeted lifecycle campaigns to engage users at key stages of their journey
  • Track performance through data‑driven dashboards, forecasting tools, and ROI tracking mechanisms
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution and operational excellence
  • Translate user and market insights into actionable product or channel refinements
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
  • Communicate key performance metrics, strategic achievements, and challenges to leadership
  • Represent PalmPay in strategic negotiations and high‑value partnerships
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or product operations within fintech, Mobile Phone Industry, NBFC, or digital banking environments
  • Demonstrated proficiency in launching and scaling NBFC or digital banking products
  • Proven ability to lead high‑impact sales teams and exceed revenue targets
  • Deep understanding of Pakistan’s digital payments and financial ecosystem
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English and Urdu
