Overview

We are seeking an experienced finance leader to spearhead the financial strategy, planning, and commercial decision‑making for a dynamic portfolio of digital assets for our leading TMT client.

This role will drive capital efficiency, ensure robust financial governance, and deliver sustainable value creation across diverse ventures in e‑commerce, entertainment, health tech, education, insure tech, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership – Develop financial roadmaps, investment models, and business cases to align growth objectives with capital priorities.
• Capital Management – Implement disciplined capital allocation frameworks to maximize ROI across ventures in different growth stages.
• Performance Management – Build venture‑specific financial models, monitor unit economics, and optimize margins with a focus on KPIs such as burn rate, LTV, CAC, and profitability.
• Business Partnering – Collaborate closely with digital and product leadership, challenging assumptions and providing insights to guide investment, product, and partnership decisions.
• Governance & Reporting – Standardize financial reporting, ensure compliance, and represent digital finance in investment committees, board meetings, and strategic forums.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of progressive finance leadership experience in digital businesses, venture‑backed startups, or technology‑enabled environments.
• Strong understanding of startup economics, scaling dynamics, and platform‑based financial models.
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse business portfolios and influence investment decisions.
• Excellent commercial acumen, financial modeling, and board‑level communication.
• Experience in evaluating early‑stage ventures, digital P&Ls, and building scalable finance processes in fast‑paced environments.

Education
