Job description

As the Head Baker you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery operations in our busy establishment in Gujrat. Your main duties will include creating and testing new recipes, managing inventory and ordering supplies, supervising and training bakery staff and ensuring that all baked goods meet our high standards of quality and taste. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations and providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience as a professional baker, strong leadership skills and a passion for creating delicious baked goods.
