Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on Handyman experience.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Ability to read building plans/blueprints preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and independent work ability.
• Good physical stamina and safety-conscious approach.
• Strong communication with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks: painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry.
• Repair and maintain equipment, furniture, fixtures.
• Inspect and troubleshoot building systems (heating, cooling, lighting).
• Communicate with supervisors to prioritize tasks and complete work orders on time.
