Job summary

Integriti Group Inc. is seeking a hands-on AI/ML Engineer in Lahore to build agentic pipelines, wire up AWS/LLM services, and ship working systems. You will implement tool-calling, model orchestration, and OCR/data ingestion while collaborating with architecture teams on execution.

The role emphasizes strong fundamentals, fast learning, and delivering real code rather than strategy. Onsite work in DHA Phase 4, Lahore, with ~2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong Python skills with deep understanding of the language.
• Solid CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, complexity, debugging methodology.
• Practical exposure to LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, or similar).
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS preferred: Lambda, IAM, S3).
• Working knowledge of APIs, REST, JSON and databases.
• Backend development: REST APIs, databases, auth, service-to-service communication (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Node/Express).
• Strong debugging mindset: reading logs, tracing failures, fixing issues.
• Ability to translate a spec/diagram from a senior architect into working code without hand-holding.
• Bonus: experience with an agent framework (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI).

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy multi-agent workflows based on architecture designs.
• Implement tool-calling, function-calling, and structured outputs for LLM agents.
• Work with agent frameworks (LangGraph/LangChain) to implement orchestration logic.
• Build with LLM platforms (Bedrock, OpenAI, Mistral) including model invocation and guardrails.
• Implement agent orchestration logic using Nova or framework-based approaches.
• Write and deploy serverless functions (AWS Lambda) for agent execution and tool calling.
• Integrate OCR/document-understanding tools for ingestion and data extraction.
• Build knowledge grounding and retrieval pipelines (vectorization, embeddings, RAG).
• Compare and combine models across providers for cost, latency, accuracy.
• Build API integrations, database queries, and internal tool connectors for agents.
• Implement RAG pipelines and agentic retrieval flows.
• Handle prompt versioning and context management in code.
• Write tests and evaluation scripts to catch hallucinations and drift.
• Implement guardrails, logging, and cost-tracking per governance.
• Transition specs into working code with strong fundamentals.
