Job summary

Indus Hospital is seeking a dedicated physician to provide comprehensive primary healthcare with a focus on obstetrics and gynecology. You will perform routine gynecological consultations, antenatal and postnatal care for low-risk pregnancies, and identify high-risk cases for timely referral.

The role includes outreach health screenings, health education for employees, and collaboration with specialists to ensure continuous, high-quality care across corporate and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold MCPS/FCPS in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience delivering primary healthcare and women health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, continuous, patient-centered primary healthcare services across all ages.
• Provide routine gynecological consultations for common women health issues.
• Antenatal and postnatal care for low-risk pregnancies; identify high-risk cases and refer as needed.
• Manage vaginal infections, STI screening, menstrual disorders, breast problems, and menopause issues.
• Deliver primary care services including teleclinics for preventive, acute and chronic care; stabilize gynecological emergencies before referral.
• Conduct health screenings, physical exams, and risk assessments at outreach sites.
• Educate employees on health topics including nutrition, stress management, and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with specialists and companies to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment.

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive, continuous, and patient-centered primary healthcare services to individuals and families across all age groups.
• Provide routine gynecological consultations for common women health issues including :
• Antenatal and postnatal care for low-risk pregnancies.
• Early identification of high-risk pregnancies and timely referral.
• Management of following:
• Vaginal infections/ STI screening
• Menstrual disorder evaluation and management.
• Common breast problems
• Menopause & perimenopause issues
• Providecomprehensive primary care services, including teleclinics for preventive care, acutecare, and chronic disease management of patients and employees.
• Initial stabilization of common gynecological emergencies before referral.
• Conduct / supervise health screenings, physical exams, and risk assessments to identify and address health issues at outreach sites
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the protocols and policies for better clinical services in corporate sector.
• Evaluate disease patterns and take health education initiatives to promote wellness and healthy lifestyles.
• Collaborate with specialists, healthcare providers, and companies to coordinate care and ensure continuity oftreatment.
• Analyze health data and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend interventions.
• Educate employees on health topics, including disease prevention, nutrition, and stress management.
• Conducting regular clinical audits and site viist to ensure clinical competency of the physicians
• Follow any other task assigned by the line manager.
