IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The Group Director Partnerships & Collaborations role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing critical relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), technology partners, and other strategic partners. This role is pivotal in driving industrial cooperation, enhancing product/service offerings, and expanding market reach through mutually beneficial collaborations. The individual will lead complex negotiations, cultivate executive‑level relationships, and ensure strategic alignment across all partnership initiatives of PTCL Business Solutions.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
  • Develop and maintain strong, high‑level relationships with existing and new OEM partners & service providers, managing relationships, ensuring product quality, and coordinating supply‑chain activities to facilitate efficient product/solution integration and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders for capacity development, GTM and to align partner activities with business goals, develop joint business plans, and drive revenue contributions from partnerships.
  • Stay abreast of latest industry trends & emerging technologies, competitive developments and lead the development and execution of technology alliance strategies, enhancing joint market propositions and overseeing technical integrations to drive pipeline and revenue growth with sales and marketing teams across organizations.
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish new & manage existing partnerships with key OEMs, technology vendors, and other ecosystem players that align with the company's long‑term business objectives and digital transformation goals.
  • Partner with key players to align features with market and business needs. Share OEM insights and feedback to inform product enhancements, participate in product roadmap discussions and provide business input, support testing and validation of new product features before launch, collaborate post‑launch to monitor performance and recommend improvements.
  • Responsible for onboarding such partners, maintaining productive business relationships, and ensuring compliance with internal partner governance frameworks.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or any other relevant discipline is required. Master's degree will an advantage.
Experience
  • Minimum 20 years of progressive industry experience, including at least 7 years in a senior leadership role managing strategic technology alliances and partner ecosystems.
