HR Navigator is seeking a talented Graphic Designer in Lahore to join the jewellery brand's marketing team. You will translate briefs into premium digital artworks for performance marketing, ensuring on-brand visuals across campaigns.

You will collaborate with the Performance Ads team, refine concepts quickly, and deliver high-quality assets for product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotions while maintaining typography, color and composition excellence.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Designer Jewellery brand is looking for a highly skilled, creative and commercially driven Graphic Designer to joinits marketing team. The candidate will translate marketing briefs, campaign objectives and advertising requirements into visually compelling, premium-quality creative artworks for digital marketing. The designer will work closely with the Marketing & Performance Ads team to create advertising assets that capture attention, communicate clearly and support engagement, conversions and sales. This is a hands-on role combining creative thinking, strong design fundamentals and confident technical execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performance marketing creatives: Design high-impact Meta (Facebook and Instagram) static ads, carousels, stories, promotional banners and other digital advertising assets.
• Brief-to-creative execution: Translate marketing briefs, hooks, offers and calls to action into clear and effective visual concepts.
• Creative testing: Develop multiple creative variations for testing different messages, product angles and campaign approaches.
• Campaign execution: Create artworks for product launches, seasonal campaigns, sales, bridal collections and promotional activities.
• Creative collaboration: Work directly with the Marketing & Performance Ads team, contribute ideas, incorporate feedback and deliver revisions efficiently.
• Brand consistency: Maintain consistent typography, layouts, product presentation and visual aesthetics across digital touchpoints.
• Product image editing: Perform professional retouching, compositing, background creation and image enhancement while preserving the original product design, proportions, details and finish.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, colour theory and layout design.
• Strong image manipulation, retouching, compositing and product-image editing skills.
• Experience creating advertising creatives for digital marketing and an understanding of Meta Ads formats.
• Ability to adapt artwork across placements and formats while maintaining visual quality.

Jewellery, fashion and apparel, premium lifestyle, beauty and cosmetics, or e-commerce / D2C brands.

IMPORTANT HIRING CRITERIA

We are looking for a professionally skilled designer with strong design fundamentals and genuine creative execution ability. Candidates whose portfolios primarily consist of AI-generated images, template-based designs or basic Canva artwork will not be suitable. AI tools may be used as supporting tools, but the candidate must be able to independently conceptualize, design, edit and execute professional creative artworks.

Selection priority: Portfolio quality and practical design ability will be the primary deciding factors.
