Job summary

Dosti Welfare in Peshawar is seeking an Intern Graphic Designer to support the Media & Communication team in creating visual content for programs, campaigns, and events.

You will design materials for social media, reports, and events, help develop posters, banners, and infographics, and contribute to the branding across platforms while collaborating with teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media Studies, or related field.
• Proficiency with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Strong sense of layout, color, and typography.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team.
• Internship or academic portfolio is advantageous.

The Internee Graphic Designer will support the Media & Communication team in designing creative and impactful visual content for organizational programs, campaigns, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative materials for social media, reports, campaigns, and events
• Assist in developing posters, banners, brochures, and infographics
• Support branding and visual identity of DWO across platforms
• Coordinate with Media/Communication and Program teams for design requirements
• Revise and update designs based on feedback from management
• Maintain organized records of design files and creative assets

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media Studies, or a related field
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
• Creativity with a strong sense of layout, color, and typography
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior internship or academic portfolio will be an added advantage

Duration:

3 Months (Extendable based on performance and organizational needs)
