Job description

Span Bpo wishes to appoint several enthusiastic, ambitious, and hardworking people to ensure that it continues to meet and exceed the targets achieved to date.

As a Span Bpo designer, you will work on the company’s brand and image within conventional print media, electronic, and digital media. You will be closely working with and briefed by the marketing team and required to design packaging, posters, leaflets, flyers, website user interface design, and product design. You are required to be a creative thinker and propose ideas.

Job Specification

The candidate must be a graduate holding a higher education certificate obtained from an art school. We stress that we are not looking for technical staff; we want creative staff with a specific education from art school and work experience within a creative design environment.

1. Highly creative designer with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
2. An interest in eMarketing, digital design such as Performance Marketing, Media Planning and Buying, Mobile, Strategy and Commercial Planning, iGaming would be an advantage but is not essential.
3. Must have big ideas and the imagination to take the brand beyond the usual applications.
4. Must have a strong understanding of brands and branding.
5. Good with clients and building client relationships.
6. Inspirational and articulate presenter.
7. Experience of working on projects from concept through to completion within the context of a team.
8. Interested in nurturing and growing other designers.
9. Must be energetic, motivating, down to earth, and fun.
10. Applicable experience in mobile Apps design, print design, packaging design, product design, web design, and 3D modeling would be a bonus.
11. Software experience required in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash. Experience in Adobe Fireworks, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Premiere, Macro Media Director is a plus.
