The Graphic Designer will support communications, awareness campaigns, digital outreach, and printed materials that promote program services, reduce stigma, and engage donors, partners, and communities. The role works closely with Programs and Communications teams to translate public‑health and outreach content into clear, compelling visual assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visual materials for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital ads.
• Create print‑ready assets: brochures, posters, banners, reports, and IEC materials.
• Adapt campaign concepts into consistent visual identities and reusable templates.
• Prepare artwork and specifications for local print vendors; ensure color, resolution, DPI, and bleed requirements are met.
• Collaborate with program staff to convert technical content into accessible infographics and illustrations.
• Maintain organized file management, templates, and basic version control for collaborative projects.

Job Specification

Must Have

• Proven use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for layout, illustration, and image editing.
• Experience designing for social media formats (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and website banners; knowledge of platform size requirements.
• Strong understanding of print production: CMYK, DPI, bleed, crop marks, and prepress file preparation.
• Ability to create clear infographics and data visualizations from program metrics and technical content.
• Typography, color theory, image composition, and visual hierarchy skills for public‑health materials.
• Portfolio demonstrating digital campaigns, printed collateral, and infographics (NGO or health communications preferred).
• Organized file management, template creation, and basic version control.
• Good communication skills to gather requirements and iterate designs quickly.
