Marketing Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Design & Visual Guidance: Act as a visual consultant to the marketing and leadership teams, offering expert, strategic input on all design projects (from campaign concepts to final deliverables) to ensure maximum impact and alignment with business goals.
• Asset Creation & Execution: Design and produce a full range of high-quality marketing collateral, including:
  • Website and landing page visuals (banners, icons, illustrations).
  • Social media graphics (organic content, paid advertising).
  • Digital advertisements and display ads.
  • Sales enablement materials (PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks).
  • Infographics and data visualizations.
• Brand Management: Be the dedicated guardian of our brand identity. Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, consistency in visual language, and quality control across all internal and external-facing assets.
• Project Management & Prioritization: Proactively work with managers and cross-functional teams to clearly define project scope, estimate delivery timelines, prioritize tasks based on business impact, and consistently complete all projects on deadline.
• Visual Storytelling: Utilize design best practices, typography, color theory, and composition to craft compelling narratives and drive specific actions from our target audience.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Strong proficiency in the core design applications is required, specifically Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strategic Marketing Design: Proven ability to create effective designs for various marketing applications, including websites, social media platforms, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Presentation Design Excellence: Strong expertise in designing professional, high-impact PowerPoint and/or Google Slides presentations that effectively convey complex information.
• Exceptional Communication & English Mastery: Strong verbal and written command of English is a requirement for this role, enabling clear, concise communication with both local and international teams and stakeholders.
• Adaptability & Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to quickly pivot between projects, embrace feedback, and own the design process from concept to completion without requiring extensive hand-holding or micro-management.
• Time Management & Reliability: A track record of organizing workloads, prioritizing multiple competing projects, and consistently meeting aggressive deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Canva for quick, templated asset creation.
• Familiarity with web platforms like WordPress or other Content Management Systems.
• Proficiency in Email Design and understanding of email best practices (e.g., responsive design, mobile optimization).
• Experience with Video Editing, Animation, and Motion Graphics (using tools like Adobe After Effects).
• Audio Editing skills for content such as podcasts or voiceovers.
• Knowledge of and experience with AI design and editing tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or generative fill features) to enhance workflow efficiency.
