Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or diploma in graphic design or related field.

About the Role

Digital Auxilius is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and visually driven Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that strengthens our brand identity, supports digital marketing initiatives, and communicates our services effectively across various platforms.

The candidate should have a strong eye for design, a good understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to convert ideas and business requirements into compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics for social media, websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and marketing materials.

• Develop creative content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.

• Design social media posts, banners, ads, infographics, promotional materials, brochures, and corporate presentations.

• Work closely with the Marketing, Business Development, and Management teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver creative solutions.

• Maintain and strengthen Digital Auxilius' visual identity and brand consistency across all communication channels.

• Translate marketing concepts, campaign briefs, and business requirements into effective visual designs.

• Create multiple creative variations for digital campaigns and marketing initiatives.

• Edit and enhance photographs, graphics, icons, illustrations, and other visual assets.

• Ensure all creative materials meet required quality, branding, formatting, and platform specifications.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Stay updated with current graphic design, social media, branding, and digital marketing trends.

• Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and company initiatives.

• Support the development of client-facing presentations, proposals, pitch decks, and other business development materials.

• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of Digital Auxilius' visual communication.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Media Studies, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

• Working knowledge of Figma and Canva is preferred.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience creating designs specifically for digital and social media platforms.

• Ability to understand a creative brief and independently develop creative concepts.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.

• Strong creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a technology, software, digital marketing, or IT services company.

• Experience creating graphics for B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.

• Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and creative requirements.

• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an advantage.

• Experience with tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar platforms is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI-powered design and creative tools.

• Understanding of branding and corporate communication.

• Experience designing pitch decks, proposals, and presentations.
