Key Responsibilities

• Create visually stunning and engaging content for social media platforms, including static posts, reels, carousels, and hiring ads.
• Develop graphics and visuals that align with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate our messaging.
• Conceptualize and design infographics, mockups, and other multimedia assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create internal communication graphics for work anniversary posts, birthday celebrations, promotions, and more.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our visuals remain fresh and relevant.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative abilities.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and other design software/tools.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of social media platforms and how visuals perform on each platform.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.
