Pintern in Lahore is seeking motivated graduate engineers to join our mobile manufacturing and assembly operations. This on-site role is ideal for fresh graduates or those with up to one year of experience who want hands-on exposure to production, testing, and quality assurance in a dynamic electronics environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams on assembly lines, monitor production, document processes, and help drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E. or B.Sc.) in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Up to one year of relevant experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, production, testing, or quality control is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Participate in mobile phone assembly and manufacturing processes to ensure smooth production flow.
• Operate and monitor production lines, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Conduct electronics testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks to maintain product standards.
• Prepare and maintain production documentation and reports accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
