Thai Cosmetic Surgery is seeking a detail‑oriented bookings assistant to help consultants manage the clinic’s booking pipeline from logging requests to confirming consultations.

You will prepare checklists, verify surgeon and hospital details against official sources, and keep every booking status up to date before progressing to own bookings. On-site work schedule is 1:00 PM–10:00 PM, Islamabad, with interview-based days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong written English and a polite, organised manner.
• Care with sensitive images and information.
• Fast learning and tidy records.
• On site in E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM; working days confirmed at interview

Responsabilités

• Support consultants in managing booking requests through each pipeline stage.
• Prepare the photo and history checklists surgeons need before a consultation.
• Verify surgeon and hospital details against official sources.
• Keep each booking's status accurate and follow up on missing items.
• Progress from support work to handling your own bookings
