We are looking for a Global Talent and Operations Partner who can take ownership of driving full-cycle international recruitment, seamless onboarding, and ensuring a smooth employee experience.

Responsibilities
  • Drive full-cycle international recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top global talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and define role requirements across different regions.
  • Design and manage a seamless, engaging onboarding experience for international new hires.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for international employees on HR-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across different regions.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes, including performance management, engagement, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems with a focus on data integrity.
  • Track and report key talent metrics (time-to-hire, retention, engagement) and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Streamline processes to improve efficiency and scalability in global HR operations.
What We’re Looking For
  • ️ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • ️ 2-3 years of experience in international talent acquisition, HR operations, or people experience roles.
  • ️ Strong understanding of global employment laws, cultural nuances, and international HR practices.
  • ️ Proven ability to manage multiple hiring and operational projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • ️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different time zones and cultures.
  • ️ Hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS, and other HR tools (e.g., Greenhouse, BambooHR, Workday).
  • ️ Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from HR data.
  • ️ High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
