UN Women Pakistan invites applications for a Programme Support Intern who will provide cross-cutting technical and administrative support to programme teams, contributing to research, documentation, coordination, monitoring, communications and other activities across the Country Office portfolio.

The internship is designed to provide practical exposure to programme implementation within the UN system while supporting the effective delivery of UN Women priorities.

Competenze

• Must have university study in relevant fields.
• Fluency in English required; working knowledge of another UN language is an advantage.
• Strong research, analytical and information-gathering skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills; ability to maintain records.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day programme support to assigned teams and projects.
• Compile, organize and maintain programme information, records and documents.
• Support desk research and analysis on gender equality and related themes.
• Prepare background notes, briefs, meeting materials and summaries.
• Support monitoring and documentation of programme activities and data.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings and events, including agendas and attendance.
• Assist with drafting and quality review of programme documents and reports.
• Prepare inputs for donor reporting and management information, as assigned.
• Support development of communication and visibility materials and success stories.
• Maintain electronic programme files and ensure accessibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners and stakeholders under supervision.
• Undertake other tasks contributing to UN Women activities.
