Job summary

GSK, a global biopharma leader, seeks a Planning & Forecasting Lead to drive monthly and annual planning across multiple markets within the Planning & Forecasting Hub. You will generate high-quality, globally aligned forecasts and analyses to inform decisions and shareholder communication.

You will coach analysts, simplify processes, and promote digital fluency and AI adoption to improve planning and budgeting across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience running a full planning and forecasting cycle across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into concise commentary for senior stakeholders.
• Experience coaching or developing others.
• Understanding of digital, AI, automation and financial systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&F promise across markets to drive financial plan commitments and forecast reliability.
• Lead market forecast updates including new product launches and Risks & Opportunities.
• Plan annual activities, set plan calendar, and secure submissions and sign-offs.
• Coach Planning & Forecasting analysts and drive cross-functional collaboration.
