Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a client-facing or support role are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
• Willingness to work in US Shift (5 PM to 2 AM) or AUS Shift (3 AM to 12 PM).
• Basic understanding or familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Success team in managing day-to-day communication with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs.
• Assist in tracking and reporting client satisfaction metrics.
• Participate in client onboarding and training sessions.
• Maintain client information in CRM systems.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
