Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous glazing or related field experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in glazing industry.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings.
• Physically fit with ability to lift heavy objects and stand long periods.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Cut, shape, and install glass and mirrors according to specifications.
• Measure and mark outlines or patterns on glass surfaces.
• Install windows, storefronts, curtain walls, and other glass products.
• Use hand tools and power tools to cut and shape glass.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed during installation process.
• Clean and prepare surfaces for installation.
• Repair or replace damaged or broken glass as needed.
