The Role: Second-in-Command Leadership Position

You'll be the CEO's right hand, managing every aspect of our business operations. This is a high-level leadership role where you'll control:

• Hiring & firing team members

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Managing complete business operations (sales, marketing, operations, client delivery)

Hiring and firing team members based on performance

Negotiating budgets and outsourcing projects beyond our team's scope

Building automated systems that run without constant supervision

Handling everything from VA-level tasks to million-dollar strategy execution

Leading client meetings and presentations with confidence

Generating high revenue through strategic implementation

Scaling the company through systematic growth processes

Compensation & Growth Trajectory

Starting Salary: 30,000/month

Performance-based Increases: Up to 100,000+ (immediate raises based on results)

Working Hours: 11 AM – 8 PM, Sunday off
