Responsibilities

• Keep and modify accounting files and records.
• Examine budgets and prepare expense reports.
• Evaluate tax guidelines and manage payments and returns.
• Discuss confidential accounting issues with clients via email/phone.
• Post transactions and categorize records in GL (liabilities, assets, expenses).
• Reconcile bank statements and perform month-end/year-end closings.
• Assist audits with document preparation and accuracy.
