Job summary

HR Navigator in Lahore seeks a GenAI Engineer to design and optimize AI-driven systems, automating the end-to-end software development lifecycle. You will transform client requirements into structured workflows and enable intelligent automation across development, QA, and deployment processes.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Data Sciences and 4–6+ years with 2–3+ years in AI/ML, strong Python and SQL, plus experience with LLMs, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.

Qualifications

• BS in Data Sciences from a reputable university.
• 4–6+ years of professional experience with 2–3+ years in AI/ML.
• Strong data processing, structuring, and visualization skills.
• Proficiency in Python; knowledge of .NET is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills; experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with vector databases and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Proven ability to deliver AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong problem solving, ownership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on GenAI initiatives including organizing, testing, and improving AI-driven systems
• Build evaluation frameworks to assess and improve AI performance
• Research and integrate state-of-the-art open-source AI models
• Develop AI-powered automation to convert client requirements into epics, tasks, and workflows
• Automate effort estimation, task breakdown, and intelligent assignment across teams
• Design and implement RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering solutions
• Build data pipelines and integration architectures for improved performance and reduced latency
• Develop and deploy production-grade AI solutions
• Work with LLMs, vector databases, and implement hallucination detection mechanisms
• Integrate AI systems with existing stack (Java backend, JavaScript MUI frontend, MongoDB & MySQL, Cloud deployment)

• *Salary Range:* PKR 200,000–300,000
• *Location:* DHA Phase 3, Lahore
• *Working Hours:* 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Role Overview
